Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each piece is sourced and hand-inspected to order, please contact us at hello@mememae.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
From time to time we share special offers and early access to new arrivals. The best way to hear about them first is to subscribe to our newsletter — we email no more than once a week.
How do I place an order with MeMe Mae?
Browse our Boys, Girls, or Shop All collections, choose the size you need, and add your favourites to the cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number right away.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and processed over a secure connection, so your card details are never exposed. We don’t store your full payment information on our site.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure, encrypted checkout. Your payment details are protected at every step, and the exact options available to you are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is placed you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your items. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@mememae.com.
