Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders within the United States. The order value required to qualify (currently orders over $200) is shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, we’ll email your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow a little time after dispatch for the carrier’s tracking to begin updating.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our garments are sourced to order and hand-inspected for quality rather than shipped from pre-held stock, so please allow up to 14 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Most orders are dispatched sooner; larger or multi-item orders may take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping, and the exact cost for your order is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address before you pay.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We’re so sorry. Please contact us at hello@mememae.com with your order number and a photo if possible, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
What happens if there’s a delay with my order?
If we become aware that we can’t ship your order within 30 days, we’ll contact you and give you the choice to accept a new estimated date or cancel for a full refund. Your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy are unaffected.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please provide a complete, accurate address at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, contact us at hello@mememae.com as soon as possible and we’ll try to correct it before dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
Your total delivery time is our processing time (up to 14 business days) plus carrier transit time for your location. Any dates shown at checkout or in emails are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and holidays.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, to Canada, and to select international destinations. The shipping options and costs available for your address appear at checkout. If checkout doesn’t offer shipping to your location, we’re unable to ship there at this time.
Will I pay customs or import duties on international orders?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we’re unable to predict or control their amount.
